Kettle Corn
This is a simple recipe to make great Kettle Corn!
Place 2 or 3 tablespoons of peanut oil and 3 unpeopled kernels of mushroom popcorn in a Whirley Pop Popper over medium heat.
When the three kernels pop, quickly add 1/2 cup mushroom popcorn kernels and 3 tablespoons of sugar.
Turn the crank of the Whirley Pop continuously until the popping slows and almost stops.
Remove from heat and empty the Whirley Pop into a large bowl.
Add salt to taste and toss.
Allow to sit for a few minutes before eating.
