Michelle got this recipe from her sister-in-law Karen.
2 cups sour milk or buttermilk
1 pkg. yeast
6-7 cups flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup oil or melted butter
Warm milk and combine with veast to dissolve. Add 3 cups flour and remaining ingredients. Beat thoroughly. Add enough flour to make dough smooth and elastic. Knead for 5 minutes. Place in buttered bowl; turn; cover and let rise for 20-25 minutes. Punch dough down. Roll into balls with buttered fingers and place in greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover; let rise until doubled about 45 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
