Popovers

These are great with soup.  From Michelle's kitchen.


2  eggs
1  cup milk
1  cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt


Heat oven to 450 degrees. Generously grease six 6-ounce custard cups. Beat eggs slightly; beat in flour, milk and salt just until smooth (do not overbeat). Fill custard cups about 1/2 full. Bake 20 minutes. Decrease oven temp. to 350 degrees; bake 20 minutes longer. Immediately remove from cups; serve hot.
