Banana Nut Bread

Michelle got this recipe for moist banana bread from Michael's family.

1/2  cup oil
1  tsp. baking soda cup sugar
1/2  tsp. baking powder
2  eggs, beaten
1/2  tsp. salt
3  ripe bananas, mashed
3  Tbsp. milk cups flour
1/2  tsp. vanilla
1/2  cup nuts


Beat together oil and sugar. Add eggs and bananas and beat well. Add flour, baking powder, soda, salt, milk, and vanilla, mix until moistened. Stir in nuts. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for one hour.
