White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

This frosting from Michelle is great on chocolate cake.


12  oz. imported white chocolate (Lindt), chopped
1  cup unsalted butter, room temp.
12  oz. cream cheese, room temp.
1-2  lbs. powdered sugar
juice and zest of one orange


Melt chocolate. Add butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and juice and zest of orange. Beat together until fluffy.
