Turkey Tetrazinni

Michelle's family really likes this low fat dish.


1  Tbsp. margarine
3/4  cup chicken stock
1/4 tsp.  salt
1  dash pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
2  cups cooked turkey, cut-up
1/2  cup grated parmesan cheese
3  Tbsp. flour
1/2  cup skim milk
1  dash garlic powder
1/4 tsp.  dry mustard
1/2  cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb.  spaghetti noodles


Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Meanwhile melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and stir one minute. Add chicken stock and milk. Stir with wire wisk until comes to boil. Add salt, garlic powder, pepper, dry mustard, basil and cheddar cheese. Cook 1 minute more. Pour over cooked spaghetti and top with parmesan cheese.
