Suisse Mocha Cheesecake

This yummy cheesecake is from Malia.


1  8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3  cup sugar
1  cup sour cream
2  Tbsp. General Foods International Coffees, Suisse Mocha
1  Tbsp. milk
1  chocolate crumb crust
8  oz. cool whip


Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in sour cream. Measure 1/4 cup of the mixture, set remainder aside. Stir Suisse Mocha and milk into 1/4 cup cheese mixture. Drizzle 1 Tbsp. of the mocha flavored cheese mixture into crust. Fold whipped topping into reserved cream cheese. Spoon into crust. Drizzle with remaining mocha flavored cheese mixture; draw knife of metal spatula through mixture to form pattern on top. Chill until set, at least 2 hours.
