Sugar Cookies
These crunchy cookies from Michelle's high school friend Fuzz, melt in your mouth.
1 cup sugar
4-1/4 cup flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 cup butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Cream together sogars, oil, and butter. Add eggs. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Stir in extracts. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
