Sonora Town Pie

This unusual combination of raisins, olives and enchilada sauce came from Michelle's friend Cathy Fulkerson Waltrip.


1 lb. ground beef
1/2  cup chopped onion
1/2  cup chopped bell pepper
1  clove garlic, minced
16 oz. Ortega enchilada sauce
1/2 lb. Tilamook cheddar cheese, grated
1  can pitted olives
1  cup raisins
8 oz. flat egg noodles


Brown ground beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic; drain. Add enchilada sauce, cheese, olives and raisins. While this is simmering cook noodles per directions on package and add to the meat mixture. Stir to combine.
