Rocky Road Fudge

Michelle likes to make this at Christmas time.


12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1  14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2  Tbsp. margarine
2  cups dry roasted peanuts
1  10 1/2 oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows


In saucepan, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and margarine. In large bowl, combine peanuts and marshmallows. Pour chocolate mixture into peanut mixture; mix well. Spread into wax paper-lined 13x9-inch pan. Chill 2 hours. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature. Makes about 40 squares.
