Rice Pilaf

This easy rice dish is from Mo.


1  coil vermicelli
2  chicken bouillon cubes
2  cups water
1  cup long grain rice


In a large skillet, melt butter. Break up vermicelli and saute in butter until brown. Add water and bouillon cubes. Bring to boil. Stir in rice. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
