Potato Soup

This soup is quick, easy and delicious.


6  bacon slices
2  Tbsp. flour
2  cans cream of chicken soup
2  tsp. parsley
1  cup chopped onion
4  cups potatoes, chopped
2  cans milk
water


In a large pot cook bacon until crisp. Remove and reserve. Add onion and saute until tender. Add flour and stir until thick and bubbly. Add potatoes and enough water to cover barely. Cook 15 minutes, or until tender. Add cream of chicken soup, milk and parsley. Cook until heated thoroughly, about 20 minutes. Serve topped with crumbled bacon.

Substitute Soup & milk for :
2  cups broth
1/4  cup flour
1  cup milk
Salt
