Peanut Butter Fudge

This peanut butter treat is from Malia.


3  cups sugar
3/4  cup margarine
2/3  cup evaporated milk
1  7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
1   tsp. vanilla
1  cup peanut butter


Mix sugar, margarine and milk. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Add rest of ingredients; mix until blended. Pour into 9x12-inch pan. Cool. For Ribbon Fantasy Fudge: Take all ingredients except peanut butter and divide in half. Add 6 oz. chocolate chips to one half, and 1/2 cup peanut butter to other. Pour one half in pan; smooth out. Layer other half on top. For Chocolate Fudge: Add 12 oz. chocolate chips and 1 cup walnuts instead of peanut butter.
