Mustard Pasta Sauce

One of Joey's favorites.


1 1cup sliced mushrooms
1  medium green bell pepper, chopped
3/4  cup prepared yellow mustard
1/4 tsp.  dill weed
1  dash dried basil
1  small green italian squash, sliced
1  small onion, chopped
1/4  cup water
1  clove garlic, pressed
1 dash dried thyme


In a large skillet simmer squash, bell pepper, onion, and seasonings in water. When veggies are tender add mustard and mushrooms and stir.  Serve over one pound cooked pasta of your choice.
