Lasagna

16 oz. ricotta cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley
1-1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. lasagna
1/2 lb. mild sausage
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
Prepare lasagna noodles as package directs; drain. Brown ground beef, sausage and onion; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Combine ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and oregano. Spoon a little sauce into a 13x9 inch baking dish, then layer lasagna, cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese and meat sauce; repeat layers ending with meat sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8.
