Creamy Cocoa Icing
This classic icing has frosted many cakes and brownies at the St. Amand's.
1-1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup soft butter
1/4 cup cocoa
1 Tbsp. milk
Cream butter until soft. Slowly add sugar and cocoa. Add milk and beat until spreadable.
