Chocolate Lush

The title says it all in this recipe from Michelle.


1  cup flour
1  cup melted butter
1/2  cup chopped nuts
8  oz. cream cheese
3  cups milk
1  cup powdered sugar
1  16 oz. pkg. Cool Whip
2  small pkgs. instant chocolate pudding mix
nuts to garnish


Mix flour, buttert and nuts. Press into a 9x12-inch pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool well. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar. Fold in half of Cool Whip. Spoon onto crust. Beat pudding mix with milk. Layer over top with remaining Cool Whip. Chill about 1 hour. This can also be made with other flavors of pudding.
