Chicken Ole
Michelle's family loves this casserole.
4 cups cooked chicken, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
6 corn tortillas cut into 8 pcs.
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. can diced green chiles
1/4 lb. shredded jack cheese
Reserve some tortilla pieces and some cheese to sprinkle on top. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole and sprinkle with reserved tortillas and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until thoroughtly heated and tortillas are soft.
