Cheesecake

This light and easy cheesecake is from Michael's sister Lori.


5  egg whites
1  cup sugar
1  Tbsp. vanilla
18 oz. cream cheese, softened
1  9-inch springform pan lined with graham cracker crust


Beat egg whites until fluffy. Beat in sugar 1/3 at a time. Add vanilla. Beat in softened cream cheese. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
