Cheesecake
This cheesecake is from Gramma Hanlon.
16 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup melted butter
3 3 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla cup
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into pie plate and Bake at 300 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool. Mash cream cheese to soften. Mix with eggs and blend until smooth. Add 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Blend until smooth sour cream, 2 Tbsp. sugar and vanilla. Pour over the top. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 minutes.
