Apricot Pork Chops
Michelle likes this quick and easy recipe.
1 can (8 oz.) apricot halves
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
6 pork chops
1/3 cup sour cream
Drain apricots reserving 1/4 cup syrup; cut in half. In skillet, brown chops; pour off fat. Stir in soup, sour cream, reserved syrup and green onions. Cover; simmer 25 minutes until done. Stir occasionally. Add apricots; cook 5 minutes more. Serve with cooked rice. Serves 4.
