Hot Cheese Dip

Serve with big tortilla chips to hold lots of dip!

1 onion
1 red bell pepper
1/2 lb. each shredded cheddar and jack cheese
1 green bell pepper
2 large tomatoes
1 large can green chiles, chopped


Chop vegetables and simmer until tender. Add shredded cheese and green chiles. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until very hot and cheese is melted. Serve hot.
